Story

P&J property services came to life after we realised we were undertaking as much work for friends and family, as we were our full time jobs.  With over 40yrs combined experience in property maintenance and construction, we felt we were well equipped to provide a quality service to our local communities.  We discovered very quickly that because we are able to keep our overheads to a minimum, we could provide a premium service for a far better price than we have been seeing with the companies we were working for.  A couple of months later P&J Property Services was born.  We are a two man team covering Worcestershire and surrounding localities. Paul is located in Warndon and has lived there for many years and knows the community well. Jamie is located in Eckington and has been a member of the community for over 15 years. 

We take great pride in our work and customer service, a well delivered project is as important to us as is is to you.  We are realistic down to earth people, so when it comes to the pricing element of the work we always take the perspective of the customer.  We will never charge more for a project than we would be prepared to pay if it were ours.  Our customers are at the centre of everything we do, and we value them over everything else.  Entrusting contractors to carry out work in your home can sometimes be a daunting and expensive prospect.  Rest assured, we take that trust as a privilege and always ensure that our customers are not rushed or pressured to make a decision, and we won't start work until you are completely happy and any questions have been resolved.  Rest assured you are in safe hands.
